I always wanted to build a John Allen Timesaver. And I did! In N-Scale.<\/p>\n

It’s a fully self-contained layout in a box: layout, NCE DCC control, locomotives, freight cars, lighting, everything!<\/p>\n

Constructed on 50mm extruded insulation foam, wrapped in MDF facing and using Peco code 55 track and switches. Using analogue Seep point motors and Gaugemaster Autofrogs.<\/p>\n

A ginglenook is a G-Scale Inglenook<\/a> switching puzzle. It uses six freight cars instead if the usual seven.<\/p>\n

It’s ideal for larger scales as it occupies less space.<\/p>\n
